paid work, from real businesses.

australian companies come to us for design they cannot find anywhere else. you earn $20 on every unit the client orders, agreed before you start. you never pitch, you never send work on spec. you tell us you want it, we pick one person, and that person gets paid.

you need a decanted. designer account to register interest. sign in or submit your work to join the roster.

nothing open right this second. jobs go up as briefs come in, and everyone on the roster gets an email the moment one does.

how the money works.

  • $20 a unit, the same on a tee as on a hoodie. the drawing is the drawing, and a rate that moved with the blank would be paying you for our supplier costs instead of your work.
  • the unit count on the job is what the client has committed to, so the number you see is the number you get. if they order more later, you get paid on those too.
  • half up front on brief, half on delivery of the final files.
  • a client commission is work for hire: the business ends up owning the artwork. that is the trade for being paid before anything sells, and it is the opposite of a release, where the design stays yours and earns a royalty.
