Terms of Service

By accessing and using decanted.co ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

All content on this site — including but not limited to designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, and product images — is the property of decanted or its collaborating designers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Every design is sold in numbered runs (run 01, run 02 and so on). Each run is open for a set window, shown on the product page, and is printed to order, so a run is limited by time rather than by a fixed number of pieces. When a run closes, it takes no new orders, and nothing more is printed from it beyond the orders placed while it was open (and any replacement for a faulty or lost piece). A closed run is never restocked. A design may come back as a new numbered run, but only if its designer and decanted. both agree, and a later run is always shown with its own number. A few designs are marked "always on": they have no closing date and are printed to order for as long as they are listed. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. decanted is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full shipping details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

Every piece is printed to order for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order, and email support@decanted.co if you are unsure, we are happy to help you pick. If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms, and no "limited edition" or "final sale" wording anywhere on the site, limits those rights. If a piece arrives faulty, misprinted, not as described or not what you ordered, email support@decanted.co and we will put it right. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item, or of approving your claim where we do not need the item back. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Products sold on decanted. are created in collaboration with independent designers. The designers retain ownership of their original artwork. decanted. holds a licence to reproduce each design on products for each run its designer has agreed to, and to fulfil the orders placed during that run.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, decanted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email.
