Shipping & Returns

Every piece is printed to order. Nothing is made in advance and nothing sits in a warehouse, which means your order is printed after the release you bought from closes, and and leaves us within 7 days of that.
The delivery times below are counted from the day your parcel leaves us, not the day you ordered. Every product page shows its exact ship-by date, and so does your order confirmation. Express shipping speeds up delivery, not production.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your decanted piece. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any damage, stains, or alterations
Limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
To initiate a return, email support@decanted.co with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are free for Australian orders. For international exchanges, return shipping is on us — you just cover the new shipment.
Subject to availability — if your preferred size has sold out, we'll process a full refund instead.
